Theatre - Acting - Voice - Puppetry
Ages 5 & up
Using theatre and movement games, the students will explore a range of dramatic scenarios. They will create short original pieces, study character development and will perform regularly for each other. It is here where they will be given the tools to become a performing artist. Various levels will be offered.
Voice lessons are offered for students in a small group ensemble or private lesson. Students will chose favorite songs, showtunes, etc. to perform as a group and individually. They will also work on Stage Voice, Speaking, Diction, Vocal Projection, etc. so they can prepare for future acting performances, auditions, and presentations in front of an audience.

Dance Classes for All Ages and Abilities
Ballet / Pointe ...Includes barre work, special strengthening exercises and center floor practice. The class focuses on the development of musicality, breakdown and execution of steps. Jazz ...Designed to develop technical skills, allignment, balance, strength, and endurance. Students combine complex principles such as level changes, dynamic range and different qualtities of movement through improvisation and structured compositional exercises. Tap...This class provides all the basics for the beginner, as well as, a stylistic and rhythmic challenge for intermediate and advanced students. From simple barre exercises to complex dance combinations the class will help develop rhythmic syncopation and eye ear foot coordination. Tumbling...Class will focus on basic tumbling skills. The students will have fun while mastering the art of front and back rolls, cartwheels, backbends, handstands, headstands and more. Proper strengthening techniques that will help develop the basic skills necessary for this class while improving their coordination, flexibility, balance and endurance. Parent-Child... You and your child will have fun singing songs, dancing, learning rhymes, blowing bubbles, playing with puppets, props, instruments and much more. Ages infants to 33 mo. Fantasy Footloose ...An exciting drama-music-movement experience for little ones. All children love to pretend and we offer your child a venue to explore their creative imagination. Costumes, music, dance, imagination, tumbling, props and more are used in this group. Ages 33mo to 6 yrs. ASD Dance ...for children with high functioning Autism-Ages 4-17 yrs. Ballet, Tap, Tumbling, Jazz Special Needs DCD...Creative classes for children with cognitive and or physical disabilities. 4-17 ASL Dance ...Inclusive classes for children who are deaf or hard of hearing. Taught by teacher who is proficient in American Sign Language. Ballet, Tap, Tumbling, Jazz Ages 4-up

Yoga - Fall 2009
Yoga Express ...Tuesday 12-12:45 pm Come back to work (or home) feeling refreshed and rested after a 45 minute yoga class. Yoga Express is appropriate for all levels of yoga students. We will begin class with relaxing stretching and breathing, we will re-energize with some standing Vinyasa flow format poses and end class with a restorative session. Bring your yoga mat. This yoga class will leave you feeling like you've had a lunch time Siesta!
Parent-Child Yoga class...Wednesday 11:30-12:15 pm (ages 3-up) In this 45 minute session we will learn yoga poses as we play games and tell stories. We will play yoga zoo (who wants to be the tiger!) and other imaginative games that help teach about body movement and relaxation. Share the lifetime gift of yoga with your children. No need for yoga mats!
Candle Light Flow Yoga...Thursday evenings 7:45-8:45 pm (adults only) End your busy day with a one hour restorative Vinyasa flow yoga class. In Vinyasa yoga we allow our breath to guide us and release tension as we stretch and release in the yoga poses. Bring yourself and your yoga mat and experience the relaxing and healing power of yoga. A softer inspired flow class practiced in a room lit by candles. Unwind with this soothing free form yoga class set to music, with a strong emphasis on breathing and meditation to help you feel recharged and even help you sleep better. All students are welcome.
